The Wheeling-Ohio County Health Department will end the free COVID-19 testing clinic starting June 1, 2022.  The testing clinic was located at the old OVMC (former VPC South parking lot).

Free COVID-19 testing will be offered May 27 and May 31 at the OVMC site.

This change in testing is part of a statewide change in state supported free testing.  The availability of at home testing has increased in recent months.  No testing will be offered at the county health department.

The health department will continue to offer COVID-19 vaccinations at the daily health department COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 9-11am and 1-3pm, Monday thru Friday.  Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccines are available. 1st, 2^nd primary vaccinations, 1^st and 2^nd booster and 5-11yr old vaccinations and boosters are available.  Walk-ins welcomed no appointments necessary.
